On April 19, 2025, the\u00a0official launch ceremony<\/strong>\u00a0for the\u00a0Electronic Identification, Authentication, and\u00a0Biometric Boarding<\/strong>\u00a0took place at the\u00a0T3 Terminal<\/strong>, Tan Son Nhat International Airport. This groundbreaking project, developed by\u00a0Galaxy One<\/strong>\u00a0in collaboration with\u00a0Vietjet Air<\/strong>,\u00a0Vietnam Airlines<\/strong>, the\u00a0Ministry of Public Security<\/strong>, and\u00a0Vietnam Airport Corporation (ACV)<\/strong>, marks a significant leap forward in the digital transformation of Vietnam\u2019s aviation sector.<\/p>\n

As part of the opening ceremony for national key projects, marking the\u00a050th anniversary of<\/strong>\u00a0Vietnam\u2019s Reunification<\/strong>\u00a0(April 30), the event was\u00a0graced by prominent figures, including\u00a0Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh<\/strong>,\u00a0Politburo Member Nguyen Van Nen<\/strong>,\u00a0Chairwoman Dr. Nguy\u1ec5n Th\u1ecb Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng Th\u1ea3o<\/strong>\u00a0of Sovico Group, and key leaders from the Ministry of National Defense, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Finance, and major airline representatives. Together, they experienced a new milestone in the aviation industry\u2019s digital transformation journey, contributing to modernizing the national transportation infrastructure.<\/p>\n

As the project manager,\u00a0Galaxy One<\/strong>\u00a0was instrumental in coordinating resources, negotiating with partners, and collaborating with\u00a0Vietjet Air<\/strong>\u00a0to design and execute the process. The project was completed within\u00a0a record-breaking<\/strong>\u00a017-day timeline<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Mr. L\u01b0u B\u00e1 D\u0169ng<\/strong>, Deputy CEO of\u00a0Galaxy One,<\/strong>\u00a0said: \u201cWith such a massive workload, from designing processes, infrastructure, UI\/UX design, application development, penetration testing, performance testing, and product release \u2014 connecting to the VNeID system, RAR center, Vietjet Air system, ACV system, integrating data, system integration, and hardware to increase automation. The\u00a0Galaxy One team<\/strong>\u00a0worked closely with the\u00a0Ministry of Public Security<\/strong>,\u00a0Vietjet Air<\/strong>, and\u00a0ACV<\/strong>\u00a0to ensure the T3 terminal and services were ready for launch on April 19, 2025.\u201d<\/p>\n

The technological experience is the result of effective, urgent, and dedicated collaboration among the participating parties, as well as the tireless efforts of the \u201ctech warriors\u201d in implementing the electronic identification and biometric authentication solution throughout the flight journey.<\/p>\n

With over 100 million passengers passing through Vietnam\u2019s airports in 2024, this solution not only revolutionizes the passenger experience but also saves millions of hours in flight-checking time each year, boosts the operational efficiency of airports, and contributes economic value of tens of trillions of VND annually to the economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
